At Icon, we pride ourselves in delivering a high-quality home to our customers at closing. To stand behind our commitment to quality, we offer a builder backed warranty that covers defective workmanship and materials during the first year of home ownership. In addition to your move-in orientation, Icon will also perform an 11-month walkthrough as you near the conclusion of the warranty period. Icon's customer service department will send out a courtesy letter to remind you of the coming appointment and ask you to submit your list of repairs via the form below. To learn more about what is and isn’t covered, please refer to the homeowner’s manual located in your homeowner portal.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please refer to the emergency contact list in your homeowner manual.

NON-EMERGENCY / 11-MONTH REPAIRS
All non-emergency warranty requests and 11-month repair lists must be submitted in writing via the form below and a warranty representative will reply during normal business hours.
