Icon Construction is proud to debut our first-ever Street of Dreams home in our stunning Serres Farms development of Oregon City. As both developer and builder, we're honored to host this year's show and highlight our fully integrated approach to homebuilding. Every aspect of this project—from land development to architecture and interior design—was completed entirely in-house, allowing us to maintain complete control over the vision, quality, and execution of every detail. This year's show carries added significance — not only does it mark the first return to a single hub site since the pre-pandemic era, but also celebrates three major milestones meaningful to our company, our community, and the legacy of the event.
