We are deeply rooted in the community with much of our staff calling West Linn and the surrounding areas their home, and we regularly give back to the community by supporting/sponsoring local businesses, youth athletics, Fallen Heroes and community events. The Handris family also owns and operates Lil' Cooperstown, a neighborhood restaurant with locations in downtown Willamette and Oregon City.
Icon's COMMERCIAL division constructs, owns and manages various office buildings and retail centers around the Portland area. Our commercial portfolio includes retail, medical, dental, and restaurant spaces. Icon has also completed shell construction and tenant Improvement conversions for third parties.
