Preliminary concept plan on this exciting new community is underway now! With over 92 acres of development property currently progressing through land-use entitlements, Park Place Crossing will bring to market a large variety of different housing and property types. This very unique and diverse development project will include a City park, 15+ acres of protected open space, public trails, a community civic center, as well as mixed-use retail and commercial amenities. City and community planning and collaboration has been underway for over twenty years, outlining and balancing the desires and needs of the community and the City in whole, which was solidified in 2008 via City adoption of the “Park Place Concept Plan”. 

With so many years of planning, hard work and dedication by City staff, citizens, and Icon’s development team, we are extremely excited to see this community come to fruition in the very near future. Project timeline to be announced.
